Two Alarm Commercial Fire in Fruitridge Neighborhood
Sacramento- a two alarm fire damaged a small business tonight on Stockton Blvd. in the Fruitridge neighborhood. Sacramento Firefighters received the call at 6:10 P.M. and were on scene in less than four minutes. They found a single story building with heavy smoke from the front.
An aggressive interior attack took place and Firefighters eventually found the fire located in a back room of the small store. The fire was extinguished but not before damaging most of the stock inside the store and severely damaging the structure.
There was no one at the business at the time of the fire and the cause is under investigation. There were no reported injuries. Sacramento Metro Fire also assisted.
